Though Vans have experimented with wild materials and designs as seen in the Vans Animal Series, they always seem to keep the classic look of the Authentic with different compositions. The latest package is made up of the Authentic featuring a suede upper available in blue, maroon, and mustard yellow. Also releasing alongside the three suede models is a set of Authentics that consist of a canvas upper. These sneakers look similar to the suede version, but offer a bright canvas look in yellow and green. All the Authentics are now available at retailers including HUF.

adidas’ Originals Spring 2009 Collection has shown up in bits and pieces over the past few weeks, but a more complete look can be seen in this post. The collection includes a variety of colors, materials, silhouettes and designs all crafted by the adidas Originals division. Pictured above, is the ZX 500 complete with a green, white and black colorway with perforations. A matching Micropacer can also be found as apart of the 2009 collection. Via adiFans.

Christmas and New Years have passed, Valentine’s Day is a month away and St. Patrick’s Day is well away, but Vans have created an Authentic with the St. Patrick’s Day theme. The sneakers consist of an all over four leaf clover design with leprechaun green and vermillion orange. One notable detail completing the St. Patrick’s Day look is the colors of the Ireland flag on the Vans tab. You can make sure you don’t get pinched this St. Patrick’s Day by picking up this pair of Authentics now at Mischief.

adidas has big things planned this year for their 60th anniversary and one of them is a whole new collection of Torsion sneakers including the Torsion Sleek, a basketball shoe made-over with white, matt azure and red. The sneakers are composed of a white leather upper, matt azure patent leather and finished off with red accents. Also found on the Torsion Sleek is a speckled midsole and adidas’ torsion technology at the sole for stability. Now available at GRIP.

Late last month, pictures of the Nike Zoom Kobe IV (4) Chaos leaked online and it was quickly noticed that the shoes shared a color scheme similar to Heath Ledger’s character from The Dark Night, the Joker. As for the Nike Zoom Kobe IV, it is made up of metallic silver, abyss, night shade and sport red as well as a blood splatter effect on the sockliner. The House of Hoops in Los Angeles will be the first to receive the shoes on January 10th, while the Hoops of Hoops in Chicago and New York will get them on the 17th. Note: These are just a computer generated image of the sneakers Click here to for a real look at the Chaos model. PUMA’s longstanding connection with the ecological world is deeper and more complex than an episode of A Shot of Love With Tila Tequila. Whether the brand is releasing sneakers inspired by endangered mammals or poisonous frogs, the Boston-based company is always looking out for the natural world. This visceral association continues on in the New Year, as the troupe is set to release a two-pair collection of Clydes, one white and one black, that pay homage to the Lunar New Year. The models are comprised of premium leathers and are accented by a chain pattern that’s incorporated into the heel panel. Both sneakers are available now at selected PUMA accounts worldwide. With a delicious gum midsole/outsole combination and a brown nubuck upper, the adidas Polson ST is the latest collaborative project to drop from the fecund Three Stripes Skateboarding camp. Adi recently consorted with professional rider Mark Gonzales, and his creative touch is more than evident on the ST. His “ghost” graphic is printed on the shoe’s sockliner and on the model’s lateral side. Phantasmic, eh?
