Derrick Rose has had some amazing games during the pre-season showing his quickness and being able to break some ankles. Could it be because of his newest signature shoes? Probably not but he does it with style and comfort with the adidas D Rose 5 Boost.
Today we have received images of the Home and Alternate Away adidas D Rose 5 Boost, both pairs he will rotate on court depending on location and time of year. If you forgot, the D Rose 5 Boost is the first basketball shoe to offer full boost cushion technology.
The adidas D Rose 5 Boost Home features a primarily white upper with a lightweight and breathable mesh SPRINT WEB with patent leather on the mudguard for style. The tongue features a red lace-loop ribbon inspired by Chicago architecture.
The Away version will have a black mesh SPRINT WEB while using matte grey on the mudguard. The tongue will also have the same red lace-loop ribbon and will have black and red camo laces.
The adidas D Rose 5 Boost ‘Home’ will release on November 6th 2014 while the ‘Alternate Away’ drops on December 4th 2014. Retail is set at $140.
