The adidas Marathon TR first released in 1979 and was the Three Stripes brands first trail shoe. Now for 2019, the brand is launching two women’s exclusive colorways of the Marathon Tech which is an updated version of the vintage trail shoe.
The first color scheme features Legend Purple, Cloud White and Active Purple while the second comes in an Ecru Tint, Cloud White and Clear Brown combination. The shoe features a futuristic spin on that classic style by pairing the archival upper with a Boost midsole. The upper is constructed with a mixture of suede and mesh for a breathable feel and textured look.
You can expect both colorways of the adidas Marathon Tech shown to release at select retailers and online at adidas.com on January 1st, 2019 exclusively in women’s sizing. Retail price is set at $120. Continue to scroll below to check out more photos for a closer look.
