The adidas Superstar is a universal shoe with roots established in the basketball market but has since moved outside that and are now intended for casual wear. As we continue to receive new versions of this model, the latest is the adidas Superstar 80v Metropolis.
The name, Metropolis comes from the color used as the shoes resembles pavement or even cement. Using a suede grey base which is followed up with a rubber shell-toe, each pair is individually numbered on the heel in white.
The adidas Superstar 80v Metropolis won’t be an easy release to obtain. adidas has only produced 1,000 pairs and will be available at select Consortium retailers like Packer Shoes.
