We saw Nike release an extensive line of Sashiko-inspired releases and now, adidas Originals will get in on the fun. Launching soon, we have the ’Sashiko’ Ultra Boost 2021.
This adidas Ultra Boost 2021 comes constructed with Primeblue, a high-performance recycled material made in connection with Parley Ocean Plastic. 50% of the upper is textile and 75% of the textile is Primeblue yarn. Next, we have a Sashiko-like pattern throughout done in White and Blue patchwork weave. A translucent lace cage and heel counter are used while a White Boost midsole and a stretchweb outsole with Continental rubber finish the look.
