Jordan Brand is getting more involved with the skate scene in 2023. Following the release of the Nike SB x Air Jordan 4 and the unveiled of the Air Jordan 1 Mid with fat tongues, an element commonly seen on the SB Dunk Low, Jordan Brand will debut the Air Jordan 1 Low ‘Born To Fly’ that references skateboarding.
This Air Jordan 1 Low comes dressed in a Sail, University Blue, Game Royal, Coconut Milk, and Stealth color combination. Utilizing the traditional leather build with nylon tongues. White and University Blue adorn the upper, while Coconut Milk appears on the midsole and collars. Standing out the most, the Swoosh logos on the panels feature flames. The medial sign will have drawings done with a pencil of skaters and hand gestures. Inside the tongues, we have a skateboard with fire and two people reading a book with ‘Just Skate’ on the cover. Finishing the look is a Grey rubber outsole.
