On January 26th, 1992, Nike aired the ‘Hare Jordan’ commercial, which was also during Super Bowl XXVI. This was the first sighting of Michael Jordan and Looney Tunes character Bugs Bunny. From there, the relationship would blossom, and in the mid-90s, the film ‘Space Jam’ was released. Over the years, we have seen sneakers released inspired by Bugs, and one of the next drops is the Air Jordan 1 Low ‘Rabbit’ that will be available exclusively in grade school sizing.
This Air Jordan 1 Low comes dressed in a Light Smoke Grey, Total Orange, White, and Stadium Green color combination. Utilizing White leather on the upper with the same shade on the mesh tongues, laces, and midsole. Next, Grey suede and faux fur adorn the overlays that represent a rabbit’s fur, and Orange embroidered Swoosh logos that extend to the heel is for a carrot. Lastly, Green appears on the heel tab, resembles the top of a carrot, and the same shade drapes the rubber outsole.
