Air Jordan 1 Mid GS “Take Flight” Releasing February 2024

Jordan Brand will debut another “Take Flight” retro Air Jordan. Arriving in February 2024, the Air Jordan 1 Mid “Take Flight” that will be released exclusively in kids sizes.

When Michael Jordan played in the NBA, it looked like he was taking flight every time he jumped. This theme would eventually be coined in commercials, and in later years, the slogan was attached to various models. The term has taken its own legs and is commonly used for high-flying dunkers, but will also be connected to Jordan. In Spring 2024, Jordan Brand will release another sneaker using the theme, the “Take Flight” Air Jordan 1 Mid. 

This Air Jordan 1 Mid comes dressed in an Armory Navy, Metallic Gold, Pale Ivory, Sport Red, and Black color combination. It utilizes Pale Ivory leather across the base with passport stamps on the panels and collar. Looking closely, each stamp nods to a monumental time in Jordan’s career, including when he shattered the backboard in Italy, received the Gold Medal with Team USA, and more. In addition, Navy cracked leather drapes the overlays with the same shade on the laces and liner. Metallic Gold fills in the Swoosh logos and Wings. Other details include Red on the tongue labels, insoles, and rubber outsoles, and the shoes come with a “Take Flight” hang tag.

Air Jordan 1 Mid GS Take Flight Release Date

You can expect the Air Jordan 1 Mid SE GS “Take Flight” to be released at select retailers and Nike.com in February 2024.
