Before the Air Jordan 11 Low green snakeskin released and probably beyond that, Jordan Brand had a plan of releasing the color scheme on the mids or they could of just wanted to see what the pair would look like.
Spot on to the low tops, the only difference between those and the Air Jordan 11 Mid Green Snakeskin is extra material (of course) and the Jumpman logo which is seen in volt.
