The Air Jordan 12 ‘Doernbecher’ will celebrate the 12th anniversary of the partnership between Nike and OHSU Doernbecher Children’s Hospital. 12 pairs were created and donated which will auction on eBay with proceeds going to the Doernbecher.
Essentially, the DB Air Jordan 12 uses the 2016 release of ‘The Master‘ but gets treated to a unique design. Designed by Mark Smith, they feature his own take on Tinker Hatfield’s original sketches. Each pair will also come with a unique box with Tinker’s first take on the Jordan 12 and autographed by Mark and Tinker.
Doernbecher will auction off the first pair starting October 23rd to celebrate the unveiling of the OHSU Doernbecher Collection. On October 24th, the remaining 11 pairs will then be auctioned by OHSU Doernbecher on eBay.
Here is a list provided by Nike for the Doernbecher Air Jordan 12 auction start times. It appears that each will run for three days with the last two pairs being a one day auction. Good luck if you plan on bidding on one of the #DBDozen eBay auctions.
