The “French Blue” is a classic pair originally released in 2004. We did see a retro occur in 2016. During Kobe Bryant’s sneaker free agency, he wore this pair on-court. While most would be happy to see a return, sadly, we must wait a bit longer.
This Air Jordan 12 comes dressed in a White, French Blue, Metallic Silver, and Varsity Red color scheme. We were informed that this pair will feature White leather on the upper while French Blue appears on the mudguard. In addition, the mudguard will feature either suede or nubuck, which is different from traditional leather. Furthermore, Red will replace the plate on the sides and branding down the tongue. Another difference is the Blue across the liner. The look is primarily Blue on the rubber outsole.
