Jordan Brand will release a strong lineup of Air Jordan 12s in 2025, with a mixture of original and older colorways. Building upon the list, we have the return of the “French Blue” Air Jordan 12.

Initially expected to be a new version of the “French Blue,” our sources from Jordan Brand have confirmed that they will debut the original release.

French Blue 12 Through the Years

Although a classic colorway, the “French Blue” 12 is not an original release. The first time we saw the shoes arrive at retailers was in 2004. Kobe Bryant also wore this pair on-court. Carmelo Anthony wore this pair before the release on December 2, 2003, against his first matchup with LeBron James. The last time we saw the sneakers launch was in 2016.

The 2025 release will feature a White, French Blue, Metallic Silver, and Varsity Red color scheme. Expect the same color blocking as the last two drops, including White leather on the upper and French Blue across the mudguard. In addition, Metallic Silver appears on the side plates and top two eyelets. Next, Red lands on the heel branding, and the signature Jumpman appears on the tongues.
