Air Jordan 3 “Pure Money” Returns August 2025

The Air Jordan 3 “Pure Money” will return on August 2, 2025. An older colorway was initially launched in 2007, and the shoes will be released again eighteen years later.

Jordan Brand will have a strong lineup of Air Jordan 3 releases in 2025. As we continue to chronicle every pair to be released, we can confirm that the “Pure Money” Air Jordan 3 will return in Fall 2025. This pair will launch after its counterpart, the “Black Cat” Air Jordan 3. Known for its simple color blocking, which consists of all-White, this marks the first time the shoes will be retro since 2007.

Although the “Pure Money” Jordan 3 isn’t an original colorway, it’s a classic. The shoes were originally released on May 12, 2007, and retailed for $125. In 2018, Jordan Brand released a similar pair, known as “Triple White” or “Pure White.” This pair is different as it has a translucent outsole and lacks some details the “Pure Money” is known for.

This Air Jordan 3 is known for its simplistic color scheme: White and Metallic Silver. The 2025 rendition will come with White leather across the upper, like the first launch. In addition, the elephant print that wraps the toe and heels will be in Light Grey. Metallic Silver accents the eyelets and fills in the Jumpman on the tongue and heels. The highlight of the shoes is “Pure $” embroidered inside the heel tabs. Completing the design is subtle elephant print on the laces, a White midsole and matching rubber outsole.
