The Air Jordan 38 ‘FIBA’ is another colorway of Michael Jordan’s latest signature shoe that will debut in the month of September. What makes this pair unique is the simple build. However, connecting to the International Basketball Federation, it comes with vibrant accents to represent the FIBA logo.
The model will use X-Plate technology, inspired by Michael Jordan’s footwork on the court. Connecting to the Air Jordan 8, the X-Plate is a nod to the straps on the model. As for the upper of the Air Jordan 38, it comes constructed with backless embroidery and acts as a canvas, highlighting Michael Jordan’s performance in the 1993 championship series. Each pair is equipped with a radial herringbone traction pattern and full-length Zoom Strobel unit.
One of the standout features is the model is the most sustainably made Air Jordan signature shoe in Jordan Brand history, made of at least 20 percent recycled material by weight.
