In December we got the first release of the Air Jordan 3lab5 “Infrared 23,” which combine different design elements of the AJ3 and AJ5. As a part of the Air Jordan Retro Fall 2014 release preview, the Air Jordan 3lab5 is set to make a reappearance in a Black / Silver colorway. Known all over the world for his custom creations, Mache Customs decided to create his own version of the 3lab5s. The Air Jordan 3lab5 Black / Cement customs by Mache Customs are mostly black, with grey elephant print covering the heel guards and toe caps. A tonal continuation of the elephant print spreads across the panels of the uppers, which compliment the black mudguard and front of the outsole. Sticking to the influences of the AJ3 “Black / Cement,” Mache kept the original white midsole. A red Jumpman sits on top of the tongues to close out these kicks. I’m not sure about you, but I’m more of a fan of these shoes than the upcoming Air Jordan 3lab5 “Black / Silver.” What do you think of these customs from Mache Customs?
