Air Jordan 4 Alternate 89

The Air Jordan 4 Alternate 89 is apart of a three pair pack from Jordan Brand known as the Air Jordan “Alternate” collection. Taking original colors, but flipping the color blocking around to imagine what a player exclusive back in the day would look like.

Using a mixture of white tumbled and smooth leather through the white base. Red is then placed on the mesh netting, winged eyelets, midsole and liner. Black is then utilized on the Jumpman logo on the tongue and insole. Jordan Brand then acknowledges the collection with ‘Alternate 89’ stamped on the heel tab.

Update: Tomorrow is the big day, the first Air Jordan of 2016 will debut which is the Air Jordan 4 ‘Alternate 89’. Launching at all Jordan Brand retailers, you will be able to purchase them from Rock City Kicks.

Update: Come Saturday, the new wave from Jordan Brand for 2016 will debut with the first model being the ‘Alternate 89’ Air Jordan 4 which is a what if concept if the Brand, known simply as Nike back then, made player exclusives for Michael Jordan. As many retailers will have them, one of the locations you will be able to purchase from is FootLocker.com.
