We wondered how long it would take before we received some Charlotte Hornets inspired Air Jordan’s, since Michael Jordan is the owner in all. We have seen the G.O.A.T. sitting court side in a pair of Hornets Jordan 13s, but getting your hands on those is close to slim and none. Finally it appears that a pair will hit the public starting with the Air Jordan 5.
The Hornets Air Jordan 5 uses a midnight navy on the upper which isn’t as bright as expected, maybe a swap for purple would do? Either way it does fit them nicely with turquoise hits on the midsole, inside of the tongue and Jumpman. Silver also comes crashing in on the tongue which is 3M as well.
The Hornets Air Jordan 5 is scheduled to release on May 2nd 2015 for $190. If you need them now in your life a pair is available on eBay.
