Each year, Nike and Jordan Brand collaborate with OHSU Doernbecher Children’s Hospital to release a collection of sneakers. Typically, one pair from Jordan Brand is released, and in 2024, the Air Jordan 6 will be part of the collection again. What makes each pair unique is that it is inspired and designed by the kids in the program. While some hoped for a return of the original colorway, we have a new rendition highlighted in Pink, Green, and Blue.
For 2024, we have six kids who will design their own sneakers: Connor, Ja’Kai, Jillian, Quin, Sophia, and Tima. Each pair will tell their story while others can support it, and by purchasing, it helps give back to the Doernbecher Children’s Hospital.
This Air Jordan 6 features various unique details throughout. For example, hearts are cut out on the panels and ankles instead of the signature perforations. Pink appears on the base, and Sail appears on the overlays. We also have soft Blue and Green accents. Other details include Metallic Gold detailing and a milky translucent rubber outsole.
