We’re no strangers to the impressive work of custom sneaker mastermind, El Cappy, but believe us when we tell you that he’s created one of the best colorways for an Air Jordan 6 sneaker that we’ve ever seen.
The latest custom project for El Cappy see the retro Air Jordan 6 Infrared transformed into a gray-red-blue colorway, with black outsoles. The leather bound uppers alternate between dark gray on the toe caps and midfoot panels, and a lighter shade of gray on the overlays. Things get interesting with the vivid, gamma blue midsole, with accents of deep red assisting in it’s delivery. Cap ditches the icy blue outsoles for opaque, glossy black sole units, as a finishing touch.
If this isn’t the hardest colorway on an AJ6 model, then we don’t know what is! Pure fire. Keep scrolling down the page for some additional shots of these customs from El Cappy, including an on-foot look and a PS version! B sure follow him on Instagram to see more of his amazing portfolio!
