The Air Jordan 4 ‘Doernbecher‘ was originally released in 2011 and was designed by Isaiah Scott.
Nike continues to serve as a positive influence and resource to the lives of many children at the Doernbecher Children’s Hospital with their growing relationship with the Doernbecher Freestyle program. The program, which allows children who have survived a life-threatening disease to design one-of-a-kind Nike and Jordan Brand sneakers with the help of Nike designers, has grown to become a tremendous hit for many sneaker goers.
Designed by Isaiah Scott of Milwaukie, the Black, Old Royal, Electric Green, and White on this Air Jordan 4 displays a super-hero color scheme with interesting detailing, including a Superman logo on the tongue and a playful white laser-etched arrow pattern on the upper.
