SneakGeekZ received a new pair of Air Jordan Samples, and like every pair he gets he gives us the opportunity to see a video presentation. Thanks to him, we have a video look at the Air Jordan 4 Black / Cement Grey Countdown Pack.

Right off the back SneakGeekZ mentions the Jumpman on the heel, and how many of us wish the Nike Air was present, but what gets worse is he mentions that less materials are used compared to his Laser Air Jordan IV. Expect the Air Jordan Retro 4 Countdown Pack to release in July with the Jordan 19.

  2. Wow, this vid is old news. I hope now ppl can see how bastardized those IVs truly have become. This is what JB does to you since that company knows these sorry pieces of trash will be bought in large numbers. My advice is to do some research on sneaker forums and compare this junk vs previous retros of years past.

    Those CDP WACK-ASS IVs can't touch, or even breathe on, the '99 IVs!

  6. While I love this color way of these IVs I think that they look no better than the fakes floating around. ALL OG colors whould be re-released in there OG form! I saw a dude the other night wearing fakes of these and to be perfectly honest… they looked the fucking same as these. Bad move on JB to put the Jumpman logo instead of the OG Nike Air. The should have at least done what they did w/ the IIIs and left the "air" under the Jumpman to help buyers to know what real and whats fake. Just my 2 cents…

  8. how the hell does he have the iv's already and how the hell did he manage to get it in a separate box by itself?

    i wish i could get half the pack.

    as long as the shoes are from JB that's fine with me. some people are just too picky. beggars can't be choosers. if you want to drop 4-5 bills on yellow cracked jays then go do it.

    if you really know what's up with old ds jays then you are smart enough to not buy them.

  10. im sorry but when it comes to jordans i think the quality has gone right down hill and you people are stupid for buyin a pair of Js for over 200 dollars they werent that much when they 1st came out they dont make you play like mike or make you toes turn gold so before buyin a pair of cheap made retro jordans (cuz we all know the quality of these retro made kicks are horrible)stop and think to yourself are these really worth it or should i just buy a jordan package with 2 pairs for 265 dollars on ebay….hmmmmmm.

  12. Im torn on these. Growing up in the age where i had every OG J from 1 through 12; I still want to cop this IV. They are one of my grails. But in the video you can see just how cheap they look. It pains me… but I'ma see what i can trade for em…then beat the piss outta them in the streets. They'll be worn..not archived. They aren't worth the archive.

    But for real. JB won't listen to us. Because we keep buying these variants packaged as authentic. I blame myself as well. I am not exempt, becasue i'm actually considering trading something for these shits. phuck!

  18. Everyone needs to just get over it… so many non sneaker fiends that never seen OG kix buy the shoes that even if the real sneakerheads stopped buy money will still roll in.

    Some people couldnt get OG, 99 versions cause of whatever the reason, too young, couldnt afford it at the time. And they still cant afford to go to flightclub or ebay and pay $550 so they see gettin these as a deal and pay $310.

    So let people be if u got OGs and watever models when nike was running shit more power to you but dont knock people that just like the sneaker and just wanna wear wat to them is a nice sneaker. SNEAKERS ARENT EVERYONES LIFE!!!

  19. I'm sorry, but those shoes look fake!! I'm speaking from experience since I have owned a fake pair of iv's and also have a real pairs of the cool grey and carolina blue iv's as well. The shape of the shoe doesn't look right. Take a look around on the net and go to some of the variant sites to see what I mean. Variant sites are already selling black iv's with the jumpman logo on the bottom. It's probably pretty easy for the to add the countdown logo to the insole as well since they are already selling fake countdown packs. Maybe I'm wrong, but those shoes look a lot like the fake pair I had.

  20. I think… I think these are not the ones JB will release. I could have sworn I seen the sneaker and they had the jumpman on the back with the word AIR on the bottom. It doesn't say Nike Air but it still says Air.

    Maybe I'm wrong.

    Also, in the video, why is the Air Jordan tag upside down??? I think these are super samples.

    Exactly. Plus the guy said that he ordered them both and wanted both of them together… so the fact that they TOOK HIS MONEY and just gave him one sneaker seems suspect.

    I am very tight that not too many sneaker blogs are speaking up about that. Upside down Air Jordan tag, missing inside COUNTDOWN label, missing interior shoe tag, very wack construction, and that box they came in is not the box that they are supposed to come in (although that is not as bad as the others).

    If its the real thing, then its the real thing, but it really doesn't look real to me. At best it looks like a sample or a production sample just before they started mass producing it.

    The guy in the video usually get heat and its great that he actually shows videos of the sneaker days/weeks/months before they come out so you really have an idea of what it is you will get, but this time, I think he got robbed.
