The custom footwear game is packed with amazing talent, but Raleigh Restorations is leaps and bounds ahead of the pack with their newest project, that is based on a similar design concept as the highly popular Air Jordan 5lab3.
The Air Jordan Tech Challenge 5.2 by Raleigh Restorations combines Michael Jordan’s fifth signature shoe model with the Nike Air Tech Challenge II, with an infrared colorway. This rare creation features many of the design elements of the original Nike Air Tech Challenge II, with its overall silhouette and sprayed graphics on the rear panels, but incorporates AJ5 staple traits like the netted midfoot panel and shark teeth on the midsoles. RR even included the icy outsoles of the AJ5, and the ubiquitous Jumpman logo. The shoes are mostly white, with infrared blazing up the heel guard and shark teeth, as well as the Nike Swoosh located under the translucent midfoot netting.
We are thoroughly impressed by this hybrid sneaker model, and would love to hear what you guys think of these! Enjoy the additional photos that follow, and be sure to check out Raleigh Restorations for all of your sneaker maintenance needs, and apparently exclusive footwear, too!
