Well, it looks like Jordan Brand has heard the cries of their customers for once, as the special packaging last seen on the 2011 Air Jordan XI Retro “Concord” release will be returning for the Christmas drop of the Air Jordan XI “Gamma Blue”. After using the “special box and plastic sheath” combo for the 2009 “Space Jam”, 2010 “Cool Grey”, and 2011 “Concord” XI’s, Jordan Brand decided to nix the packaging for the “Bred XI” release of 2012, which didn’t sit too well with many sneakerheads (who doesn’t like special packaging?).
