Mache has worked with different celebrities and professional athletes to create sneaker art, or in other terms customs. It isn’t just any day when you have the chance to customize the Nike Mag and better yet, this creation was done for none other than Anthony Davis.
The unveiling of the Nike MAG Custom for Anthony Davis was perfect timing. With it being Back to the Future day, which we are sure you all know of and the potential 2015 Nike Mag release (releasing in 2016).
Breaking down the Custom Nike MAG, Mache used Marty McFly’s outfit from Back to the Future Part II. The burgundy through the base is for McFly’s jacket, the lenticular effect on the swoosh and straps represents his hat but he kept the midsole the same making sure that there was something original from the movie. The last detail was the DeLorean branding added to the heel.
