The Asics Gel Lyte Speed is a model that shows up time to time but isn’t a fan favorite comparing to some of the other releases from the brand. For Spring, Asics plans on changing the minds of many and they are starting to introduce the ‘Peacock Blue’ pair to retailers.
Looking closer, you will notice that this Asics Gel Lyte Speed features White leather through the toe box and around the heel. Peacock Blue is then placed on the split tongue using neoprene while also accented on the outsole and side panels. Black winds up through the branding, eyestays and laces. Other details include hints of Yellow and speckles across part of the midsole.
The Asics Gel Lyte Speed ‘Peacock Blue’ is now arriving at select Asics retailers stateside which includes Extra Butter. Retail price is set at $110 and a full size run is available.
