Do you remember when Ronnie Fieg and Diamond hooked up on the Tiffany Asics Gel Lyte V? If so, it was a big release and Asics is releasing something very similar.
The good news here is Asics probably sees the prices the Diamond x Asics Gel Lyte V are going for, thus giving true fans of the line and this color scheme another chance to purchase and not pay the reseller prices.
Grey is used across the toe box, midsole and heel with a combination of suede and nubuck material. Through the tongue, sides and eyelets Asics used Latigo Bay which is a shade of teal. Other details include an off-white (might be 3M) Asics branding and a light speckled overlay on the midsole.
Although a stateside release is not known for the Asics Gel Lyte V in grey and Latigo Bay, they are now showing up at Europe retailers like Sivasdescalzo. Stay tuned for more info and additional details.
