Bait has teamed up with New Balance to release a series of shoes inspired by G.I. Joe. We now have a preview at the Cobra Commander New Balance 574.
As you can see, the Bait x New Balance 574 Cobra Commander features a navy blue through the uppers with a snakeskin print overlay throughout. Red lands on the laces and outsole while white outlines the New Balance logo and is placed on the midsole. The finishing touches are Cobra Commander’s logo on the insoles and heel.

The BAIT x G.I. Joe x New Balance 574 ‘Cobra Commander’ will release on June 20th, 2015 at Bait store locations and online via a raffle. Retail price is set at $140.
Update: Releasing alongside the New Balance 574 ‘Cobra Commander’ is the New Balance H710 ‘Roadblock’. For the first few customers that purchase both shoes, an ammo crate packaging comes with that holds up to four pairs. The reasoning behind this is that Bait announced two more pairs are releasing apart of the collaboration. 60 crates total will be split up between BAIT Diamond Bar, BAIT Los Angeles, BAIT San Francisco and BAIT Seattle. In addition, the first 30 customers that purchase one of the two will receive GI Joe dogtags and Cobra Commander coasters.
