Clot will collaborate with Converse to release two new collaborations.
For this collection, Clot will pay tribute to China’s national mascot, the giant panda, which represents love, positivities, and environmental awareness. Included in the collection are the Chuck 70 and Jack Purcell. The two feature real and faux fur while combining Black and White for a panda-inspired look. Lastly, the two come with graphics of bear paws on the outsole.
“The giant panda is something that we relate to, obviously because of our Chinese heritage and culture,” Edison Chen, Clot’s founder and creative director, said. “Being able to do something to give love and gain awareness for Panda in response to WWF’s International Panda Day in China is very important and a part of the new Clot aesthetic, which is loving and trying to preserve the earth so that the future can enjoy its beauty.”
You can expect the Clot x Converse Chuck 70 and Jack Purcell ‘Panda’ collection to release at Juice Stores and Juicestoreusa.com on November 11th.
