In 2012, Concepts partnered with New Balance to launch the “Seal” 999. Twelve years later, the two are back and will release another pair with the “Seal” theme. However, this time around, the two will work on the New Balance 1906U. Sea, air, and land will also inspire this new rendition. 

As you can see, the color blocking resembles the original “SEAL” iteration from 2012. The midfoot of the shoe is adorned with a captivating ocean blue suede, complemented by overlays in earthy tones of tan and cream. This combination adds texture and creates a visually striking upper. An intriguing detail for fans of the original design is the return of the elevation map pattern on the insole, adding a nostalgic touch to the overall aesthetic.

Constructed with a premium theme, this New Balance 1906U is made of suede, mesh, and nubuck. The base displays earthy tones, while Blue accents adorn the top eyelet, laces, and most of the midsole, which is joined by a darker shade of Blue. The elevation map is also present but will be on the insoles instead of the liner.
