The Converse Aero Jam was first released back in 1993 and was worn by none other than Larry Johnson. He made this model famous with his character, Grandmama which starred in commercials and also in an episode of Family Matters.
We last saw the Converse Aero Jam releases in 2015. The retro of the OG colorway will be slightly different while coming dressed in a White, Black, Teal and Purple color combination. This pair features a detachable lace shroud and REACT juice cushioning.
For the 2019 release, instead of using a gradient fade we now have paint splatter. In addition the heel is somewhat different while EnergyWave is placed in the forefoot.
At the time of writing, this pair has released at Converse Japan and currently a stateside launch is unknown. However once more information is available we will make sure to update you. Foe now you can scroll below to check out more images for a closer look.
