DQM and Vans are teaming up for a new collection which is apart of Dave’s Quality Meats Summer 2016. The latest collection dubbed the DQM x Vans SK8-Hi Strap 101s Collection will feature three different color schemes of the Vans SK8-Hi Reissue LX.
The trio of Vans SK8-Hi used are inspired by the early days of basketball and the culture of hip-hop and it might just be us, but the look resembles tube socks. Available in Black, Navy Blue and White, each pair is constructed with canvas across the uppers with premium leather landing on the sides. Following is terry cloth on the inside of the tongue while the front uses nylon and the ankle strap is removable. The final touch is the Vans DQM General logos on the heel and insoles.
The DQM x Vans SK8-Hi Strap 101s Collection will only be available at DQM in SoHo, New York and online on June 18th, 2016. Limited quantities will be available in both men’s and women’s sizes.
