The FILA Cage, one of the original street ball sneakers introduced in 1993, returns to retailers this Fall with an updated version of the model for the 21st century. Its most distinctive feature, the cage in back on the ankle collar, moves from plastic to padded with state of the art Memory Foam that cushions the back of the foot. The upper, made of cordura nylon and leather, combines style and ventilation. A mid-foot strap is accented with the quarter linear logo, while the ribbed, padded tongue frames the stacked FBox symbol. Finally, raised sidewalls provide additional lateral support.
We re-introduce two classic color combinations of white/blue/red and black/red and wrap it all up in the signature Cage box, with a plastic handle and 360 degree cage fence detailing, to complete the offering.
The RE-INTRODUCED pack pairs Fila’s record breaking ‘95’ shoe and the classic CAGE silhouette. No wonder the chatter across the blogs and on social poises the Re-Introduced pack to set records and be the highlight of FILA’s 2013 release schedule.
