Coming off numerous collaborations in 2015 and early 2016, FILA eyes July 22nd as a perfect time to rerelease the FX-100 for the general public. While the Packer Shoes and Ghostbusters collabs were well received, it was only a matter of time before FILA answered the call for more pairs in the market. Today, the brand has released the Fila FX-100 ‘Let It Reign’ model.
First debuting in 1991, the FX-100 was one of FILA’s original hi-top silhouettes, which set the tone for the 90’s era of the brand. The FX-100, would be released in numerous colorways throughout the early 90’s. One of the original colors was the white/blue/red color combination. This Friday FILA will drop the “Let It Reign” colorway, true to its original form.
The Fila FX-100 features an all white leather upper atop a blue midsole and outsole. The iconic flag and FILA branding is dressed in red and blue and appears on the tongue, quarter, midsole, back tab and strap. Men’s and kids sizes will be available for this release.
