Shots fired! Not really, but this commercial by Foot Locker titled “No Rings” is one of their best yet.
Featuring Damian Lillard, who is in his 2nd year in the NBA has yet to obtain a ring. Although he is young and has a bright future we are sure he will have many opportunities to come.
As Lillard sits down on the couch he says “last thing I want to be is one of those guys to never won a ring”. Retired NFL players Barry Sanders and LaDainian Tomlinson didn’t look to happy, that’s when Damian switches it up to say he meant Basketball players. It get’s worse from there as Chris Webber and Karl Malone took offense.
Sneakers, future and current Hall of Famers and comedy mixed into one commercial is sure to make this timeless.
