Reebok Classic finish their Fall/Winter collaboration with British label Garbstore, this time dropping a fashion-forward running duo featuring the Pump Running Dual Ventilator and Ventilator SDE silhouettes. The distinctive ‘outside-in’ reverse detailing which has become unanimous with the two brands’ collaborations makes a return, with autumn-friendly teal and monochrome executions.
The Pump Running Dual is a seaonal midcut splitting its upper into two contrasting aesthetics, with a navy suede mid-section juxtaposed against a grey leather toe cap that includes the exposed pump technology. The Pump Running Dual Vnt sits on top of the iconic Ventilator bottom. Contrast white stitching complements the fresh white midsole and perforated white leather ankle tab for subtle yet eye-catching detailing.
While the Pump Running Dual uses classic colorways and revives the vintage ventilator from 1990, the Ventilator SDE combines brighter shades of teal, sky blue, grey and yellow for a fresh, cool colorway. The sneaker’s signature Hexalite technology is called out with reverse branding onto the outer dark grey underlay for visual interest.
Along with their sneaker releases, Reebok Classic and Garbstore’s partnership with British artist Josh Parkin continues, this time with a series of illustrations that depict these retro runners in their natural habitats.
The Reebok Classic x Garbstore pack is available on November 14th at Reebok Classics stores, Garbstore and select stockists worldwide. The Pump Running Dual Ventilator retails at $134.99/€140 and the Ventilator SDE for $89.99/€95.
