Hanon has another collaboration set to take place, once again teaming up with Diadora. This special release known as the Hanon x Diadora IC4000 ‘Yellow Eyes’ celebrates the 2016 Olympic Games taking place in Rio.
One of the more odd yet cool concepts behind this Diadora x Hanon collaboration dubbed ‘Yellow Eyes’ is the inspiration. While not talked about a great deal, it’s the use of performance enhancing drugs in the sports world.
Using the Diadora IC.4000, they feature a soft nubuck and old school closed mesh for a premium look. In addition, we have shades of Yellow and Blue used throughout while an eyeball is seen on the heel, all-over print on the liner and one of the insoles. The other will have Hanon branding.
Along with the sneakers, three sets of laces will be provided which come in Sky Blue, Yellow and White. As well, a screened cotton dust bag with ‘From Seoul To Rio’ is written across as well as the liner and also comes with a custom box.
