Derrick Rose is ready for next season and watching some of his videos during Team USA practice, his knees look good. In Las Vegas, Rose and Robbie Fuller introduced his next signature shoe, the adidas D Rose 5 Boost.
The adidas D Rose 5 will be the first signature shoe to utilize the Boost cushioning, technology that is responsive and delivers the best energy return. Boost has been tested for a year through NCAA and NBA players.
Derrick Rose has said the following:
“Having the Boost cushioning in my new signature shoe makes it the most favorite of mine that we’ve ever done,” said Rose. “I’ve played in them for a couple months, but every time I put them on it feels like a new shoe and it’s the most comfortable shoe I’ve ever worn. Now, I can’t imagine playing without Boost in my shoes.”
“Boost is a groundbreaking development, not just for adidas Basketball but for athletes across all sports,” said Fuller. “The Crazylight Boost and D Rose 5 Boost shoes combine to bring our most innovative basketball footwear to the court to truly transform the way the game is played.”
So far, the adidas D Rose 5 Boost will release ‘Home’ and ‘Away’ colorways along with ‘Alternate’ and ‘Brenda’ models. Launching to retailers October 23rd 2014 for $160.
