Even though the NBA season will not be starting anytime soon, the NCAAB season is almost here and what better way to compliment the latest article on Duke University’s Austin Rivers than to bring up the arch-rival, the University of North Carolina Tar Heels. During Midnight Madness, UNC’s own James McAdoo wore the Air Jordan Retro IX “Powder Blue” and John Henson wore the Air Jordan Retro 11 “Cool Grey”. Remember that time last year when Michael Jordan promised to give the UNC players “Cool Grey 11’s” or other Jordans of their choice if they won the NCAAB Championship? UNC never did win the whole tournament but it looks like John Henson and Co. still got the goods from Mr. #23
