Recently, Nigel Sylvester showcased his Friends and Family ‘Bike Air’ iteration of the Jordan Air Ship. While most were excited about the retail release, it actually will differ from his pair. Shown is the Jordan Air Ship ‘Every Game’, which takes inspiration from Michael Jordan’s playing days at the University of North Carolina.
Although the ‘Every Game’ Jordan Air Ship resembles Nigel Sylvester’s pair, it’s actually not a collaboration with the professional BMX rider. Furthermore, the shoes take inspiration from how Michael Jordan wore his UNC practice shorts every game under his Bulls uniform for good luck.
This Jordan Air Ship (originally known as the Nike Air Ship) comes dressed in a Summit White, Diffused Blue, Chambray, and Sail color combination. Utilizing Summit White cracked leather on the upper and Diffused Blue suede on the Swoosh logos, eyestays, and heels. ‘Nike Air’ branding adorns the tongue, while the heels feature ‘Every Game’ embroidered, replacing Nike Air. Other details include a Sail midsole and a Blue rubber outsole with ‘GO’ branding on the insoles.
