The Kool-Aid x Nike Ja 2 is the first collaboration with the drink brand and Nike Basketball. It will be released in May 2025 for $130.
Ja Morant will join forces with Kool-Aid to release a special collaboration on the Nike Ja 2. The shoes feature a mismatched theme, with the left shoe representing Blue Raspberry and the right shoe for Cherry Red. Both will come with unique branding that represents the powder mix drink.
This Nike Ja 2 features a Bright Crimson, Flat Silver, Hyper Pink, Black, and Photo Blue color scheme. Highlighted with a vibrant and mismatched theme, the shoes feature the Kool-Aid Man on the tongue, while its catchphrase, “Ohhh Yeah!” is embroidered on the inside of the tongues. In addition, the panels have cracked marks, representing the Kool-Aid Man breaking through walls in the commercials. Next, we have splatter details throughout, quilted heel counters, while Ja’s “12 AM” branding is done in the Kool-Aid font. The design is completed with a glow-in-the-dark rubber outsole.
