Converse continues their partnership with premium Italian knit wear company Missoni with the launch of the Chuck Taylor All Star ‘70 x Missoni Slip collection. Drawing inspiration from traditional Latin American sandals, the new collection is an innovative twist on the iconic Chuck Taylor All Star ’70, infused with Missoni DNA.
First debuted in Milan during Missoni’s Spring/Summer ’17 show, the latest collaboration between the two brands introduces a slip silhouette perfect for warmer weather months. Featuring a multicolor knitted cotton blend upper, the luxury materials of the slip are further highlighted against woven leather overlays. The addition of leather foxing and a gum outsole also lend a more crafted and refined look.
The Missoni x Converse Chuck Taylor Slip Collection is scheduled to release on June 10th, 2017. You will be able to purchase at select Converse retailers including Converse.com. Retail price is set at $200. Below you can check out additional photos which will give you a closer look.
