Thirty years later and Puma still has a hit on their hands with the Clyde, originally designed for Walt “Clyde” Fraizer. The ongoing collection of the Puma Clyde continues to expand with a collaboration involving mita sneakers. The Puma Clyde is given the “rising sun” design as implemented by Vans with their Hosoi models. However, instead of using white, red and black, Puma decides to include black, white and blue. Â The sneakers consist of a black suede toe with black sun rays and a white logo stripe. The mita sneakers x Puma Clyde will be available on January 2nd, 2009 at mita and limited to only 185 pairs. Retail is set for approximately $208 USD.
