Monkey Time will be joining forces with Asics once again. After their collaboration in June, the two are back using the Gel Lyte V which is known as the ‘Sand Layer’.
The Monkey Time x Asics Gel Lyte V ‘Sand Layer’ features various shades of sand throughout. Some of the speckled detailing that is seen by the heel represents sand storms that sometimes happens in the desert. Other details include suede along with a perforated toe box, black accents and embossed Asics branding on the tongue.
The ‘Sand Layer’ Asics Gel Lyte V by Monkey Time will make a debut overseas at Beauty & Youth tomorrow, November 14th, 2015. Currently a stateside or even more widespread release is unknown at this time but make sure to check back for updates. Below is another photo showing off the latest collaboration.
