It appears that vintage shoes are the new wave, with Jordan Brand being the biggest culprit. Several years back, the brand launched the ‘Reimagined’ collection, and two pairs from the lineup, the ‘Chicago’ and ‘White Cement’ came with aged detailing. However, New Balance will take it a step further with their latest creation of the 550.
This New Balance 550 comes dressed in a White, Grey, and Blue color combination. Constructed with suede on the toe box and trimming, we also have open mesh across the tongues and collars. Highlighting the shoes is worn leather that also looks used in certain areas. Next, Light Blue suede adorns the collars and mesh liner, and Navy fills in the ’N’ logo and heel clip. Other details include New Balance branding throughout and a White rubber sole.
