With the success of the 550, New Balance introduced the 650, a high-top model that was brought to life by Teddy Santis, the new creative director for New Balance Made in USA. Helping the model off to a great start, he introduced two Aimé Leon Dore x New Balance 650R collaborations in 2022. Like most brands, after a successful collaboration, they start launching some GR colorways. For 2023, we will see the release of the ‘Canyon’ makeup.
This New Balance 650 comes dressed in a White and Canyon color combination. Utilizing White smooth leather and perforated leather across the upper with Canyon Yellow on the ’N’ and ‘650’ branding, ankle, tongue label, and liner. Next, Grey appears on the overlays and rubber outsole, Black on the tongue branding, ‘New Balance’ by the heel, and accents the heel clip. Finishing the look is a White midsole.
