This time around, the New Balance 996 and New Balance 998 are both completely constructed and made in the USA. The 996 yields a blue suede upper with white, grey and red accents, while the NB 998 features a grey suede base with white, red, and blue accents. Both pairs host mesh toeboxes, and are now available at Nordstroms and Zappos.com.
