New Balance will celebrate the 30th Anniversary of the 998 by releasing some special colorways. One of those was a collaboration with Ronnie Fieg on the ‘Broadacre City’ pack. What else is in store for the model? New Balance will bring back the OG ‘Grey’ colorway for Summer 2023.
The New Balance 998 was originally released in 1993 and was the model that introduced ABZORB cushioning in the midsole. As you can see, the shoes come dressed in mostly shades of Grey. Constructed with mesh and pigskin suede for a premium feel. Next, Reflective Silver adorns the ’N’ logos on the panels, is tied up with White laces, and runs across the midsole. Other details include a Black and Grey rubber outsole.
