New Balance history dates back to 1906 when William J. Riley founded the brand. The name ‘New Balance’ is said to come from Riley observing chickens in his yard which he demonstrated the way his arch supports worked by keeping a chicken foot on his office desk. He explained to people that the chicken’s three-clawed foot resulted in perfect balance.
Shown is the New Balance MiUK Yard Pack which is inspired by the colors of the roosters in William’s yard. Apart of the pack is the EPICTR, M991.5, M577, M1500 and M576 which all dates back to the early 1900s.
