I ordered true blue 3s on 12/12/09 and they charge my credit card ( $257) on 12/29/09, i provided the correct email and shipping address and i still haven't received my sneakers or even an email, i tried contacting them by going to the websites customer service and i sent then several email and never got an answer … its almost been a month now … PLEASE HELP
