When the Nike Air Flight 89 originally dropped back in 1989, the shoes was another offering by the brand to run alongside the Air Jordan 4. Now we have seen other pairs use the ‘Bred’ theme, but now one of the shoes that features a similar build will have it.
Staying true to the bred theme, the Nike Air Flight 89 ‘Bred’ features a black leather base and hints of white through the midsole. Cement grey fills in the liner, eyelets, swoosh and part of the outsole. Other details include red hits on the sole, inside of the tongue, branding while the mudguard has a white speckled overlay.
We don’t have a pin-point release date for the ‘Bred’ Nike Air Flight 89, however we could see a release as early as Winter 2015 or the brand could hold off for early 2016. See below to check out a few more shots.
